Swen Hentrich studied physics at Freie Universität Berlin and wrote his Diploma thesis within the Collaborative Research Center 337 "Energy- and Charge Transfer in Molecular Aggregates". His dissertation at Bremen University was supported bei the DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgesellschaft) within the framework of "In-Vivo NMR; Bioenergetics“. He is a member of AIPPI, GRUR, VPP and DPG.

Dr. Swen Hentrich acts for his clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office, before the European Patent Office, before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and before the WIPO. Furthermore, he takes part in the law enforcement or the defense before the ordinary courts.

After studying econophysics at Ulm University and after his employment in technical industry Ralf T. Rötter started his occupation in intellectual property rights in 2010.

He is a German Patent Attorney, a European Patent Attorney as well as a European Trademark and Design Attorney. Furthermore, he is member of VPP and the German physical society DPG.

Ralf T. Alexa Freifrau von Ketteler studied physics at Heidelberg University and wrote her Diploma thesis within the field of high-resolution in-vivo localization microscopy at the chair of Prof.Dr.Dr. C. Cremer. Besides the Diploma degree in physics she holds an additional certificate in biophysics.

Subsequently, for several years Freifrau von Ketteler worked for an international diagnostics and pharmaceutical company. Meanwhile she wrote her dissertation in the field of time-correlated flourescence spectroscopy, engineering of optical measurement systems for diabetes test strips as well as in the field of simulation of moleculular spectra via quantum mechanical computation at the chair of Prof.Dr. W. Petrich.

She began her occupation in intellectual property rights in 2014. Since 2019 she is working as a Patent Attorney at the Hentrich® Patentanwälte PartG mbB.

Her technical emphases lie in the fields of optics, physics, biophysics, physical chemistry and medical engineering.

Her working languages are German, English, French and Spanish.
